We nearly always need to get the product with our brandname on it. We do not need any instruction booklet, as we always do our own writing and printing to fullfill the demands of all the different European countries. Samples: If we need further inspections of the product, we send our people to check items at your factory -or- we buy the sample and let it send on our account to our warehouse in Shanghai. We never ask for free samples or let other people ask in our name for that !
